Mobile court to run operation until appeals’ settlement: SC

The operation of mobile court by the executive magistrate will continue until settlement of three appeals filed by the government against the HC verdict over the mobile court act. A five-member bench of the Appellate Division led by acting Chief Justice Abdul Wahhab Miah came up with the order on Tuesday.
