PBI submits probe report on Salman Shah’s death

Police Bureau of Investigation submitted a 600-page investigation report on the death of popular actor Salman Shah.

Sirajul Islam Bulbul, inspector of PBI, submitted the report to the Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court that found Salman Shah committed suicide over conjugal feud.

 

Sub-inspector Helal, recording officer of the court’s despatch section, said that the document would be submitted to the respective court later.

A total of 44 witnesses testified in the case, said the police sources.

On Monday, PBI investigation found that Salman Shah, one of the most iconic figures in Bangladesh’s film industry, committed suicide over conjugal feud.

His family, however, rejected the findings of the special unit of police.
