25kg gold seized at Shahjalal airport
Customs officials held a man with 25 kilograms of gold from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Saturday night. Assistant commissioner of Customs Intelligence Ehsanul Kabir said Jamil, the arrestee, came to Dhaka from Singapore around 10:30pm.

The Appellate Division in its 16th Amendment verdict, released Tuesday, hoped that the 50 women MPs from the reserved seats would be elected through direct election.
