Khandokar Mahbub Uddin Ahmad (7 December 1925 - 1 March 2014) was a Bangladeshi Lawyer, a politician of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and former Member of Parliament representing Dhaka-9 constituency. He was elected a Member of Parliament in the February 1996 and 2001 elections. His father Khandaker Shamsuddin Ahmed was the MLA of the Bengal Presidency of British India.
Ahmad was elected as a Member of Parliament from Dhaka-9 (Dhaka-13 constituency after reorganizing in 2008) as a candidate of Bangladesh Nationalist Party in the Sixth Parliamentary Election of 15 February 1996 and the Eighth Parliamentary Election of 2001. He was the Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs in the Eighth Parliament. He was defeated in the ninth parliamentary elections of 2008 as a BNP candidate in Dhaka-12 constituency.
Ahmad was also the two-time President of the Supreme Court Bar Association and Vice-Chairman of the Supreme Court Bar Council.
Ahmad was a member of the BNP Standing Committee for a long time. He was dropped from the party council in 2008. Since then he has not been seen in any party activities.
Ahmad was died due to old age on March 1, 2014 at United Hospital.
