A H Mofazzal Karim (born 06 August 1941) is a Bangladeshi bureaucrat. He served as a secretary to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and High Commissioner to United Kingdon (UK) and Ireland. He has retaired from government service in 1999.

Karim was born in Kulaura upazila of Maulavibazar district. He completed his BA (Hons.) and MA in English from the University of Dhaka and started his career in teaching profession and joined as a Lecturer in English in MC College, Sylhet. He became a CSP (Civil service of Pakistan) officer in 1966.

Karim has written many books (Prose & Poetry). He has published 24 books.
