Md. Golam Habib Dulal(born 03August 1943) is a Bangladeshi politician, former bureaucrat and Member of Parliament represented Kurigram-4 constituency. He was elected a Member of Parliament in the 2001 elections as Jatiya Party (Ershad) candidate. He was the Chief Conservator of Forests.

Dulal was born in the village of Ramna in Chilmari upazila of Kurigram district. His father was late Badr Uddin Mandal. He studied in Rajshahi, Peshawar and the United Kingdom. In student life he was an active worker of Chhatra Union.

Dulal, the former Chief Conservator of Forests joined the Jatiya Party in 2000 and served as a Presidium Member of the party and President of the Jatiya Swechchhasebak Party. As a candidate of Jatiya Party, he was elected Member of Parliament from Kurigram-4 (Roumari-Char Rajibpur-Chilmari) constituency in the 8th Jatiya Sangsad election of 2001. He contested from the same constituency on behalf of the Jatiya Party in the ninth parliamentary elections of 2008 and lost to Awami League candidate Zakir Hossain by a narrow margin. In the 2014 elections, nominations were given from Kurigram-3 constituency but were later rejected. After that he resigned from Jatiya Party on 9 March 2016 and formed Bangladesh Satata Party. He is the chairman of this party. In the Eleventh Parliamentary Election of 2016, he was defeated from Kurigram-4 constituency as an independent candidate with Singho Marka. On 25 December 2016, he resigned from the Bangladesh Satata Party and formed a new political party called Bangladesh Satyavadi Dal.
