Md. Fazle Rabbi Miah (15 April 1946 - 22 July 2022) was a Bangladeshi politician, former state minister and former Member of Parliament represented Gaibandha-5 constituency. He was a member of the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th Jatiya Sangsad as Jatiya Party candidate and defeated in the 8th Jatiya Sangsad elections of 2001 as a candidate of Bangladesh Awami League. He was elected as a Member of Parliament from Gaibandha-5 constituency as a candidate of Bangladesh Awami League in the 9th in 2008, 10th in 2014 and 11th in 2019 parliamentary elections.

Rabbi was born in Gotia village of Saghata Upazilla of Gaibandha district. His father's name is Faizar Rahman and mother's name is Hamidun Nesha. In 1961, he was admitted to Gaibandha College. He holds BA and LLB degrees. In 1968, he was awarded the Bangladesh Bar Council Certificate. Then in 1988 he became a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association.

Rabbi entered politics in 1958. He was then in eighth grade. In 1958, Ayub Khan introduced martial law in Pakistan. At that time Fazle Rabbi's uncle was the president of the union Awami League. Through his uncle, he became involved in the anti-martial law movement. In this way he got involved in the politics of Bangladesh Awami League. In 1962-63, he protested against the report of the Education Commission.

When the war of liberation for the independence of Bangladesh started in 1971, Rabbi joined the war of liberation. He fought in Sector 11. He has also worked to build global public opinion in favor of Bangladesh's independence.

In 9th Parliament Rabbi was the Chairman of Standing Committee on Public Assurances and also the Chairman of Standing Committee on Law Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. He also performs his duties with full responsibly as Chairman of Special Committee to investigate the complains and allegations against the Hon’ble Speaker, Hon’ble  Deputy Speaker, Hon’ble Chief Whip and others of the 8th Parliament. He was also the Minister of State for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs in 1990. He has been the Deputy Speaker since the 10th Parliament.

Rabbi also involved in various social development works in his constituency.

Rabbi died 22 July 2022 in The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
