Mahbub Uddin Khokon (born 12 January 1956) is a Bangladeshi politician, lawyer and former Member of Parliament represented Noakhali-1 (Chatkhil-Sonaimuri) constituency. He was elected as a Member of Parliament in the ninth general election. Currently he is a Joint Secretary General of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). He also served as an advisor of BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
Khokon was born in Sonapur, Sonaimuri upazila of Noakhali district. His father was Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed and his mother's name was Begum Raushan Ara. He is the eldest of 9 siblings. Khokon obtained SSC from Gopalpur High School, Noakhali, HSC from Dhaka Government College and LLB from Dhaka University. He passed LLB (Hons) from Wales, UK in 1992. He received his degree in Barrister at Law from the world-famous Lincoln's Inn in 1993. He has been in the legal profession since 1994.
Khokon has been elected secretary of the Jatiyabadi Oikko Parishad panel in the election of the Supreme Court Bar Association several times. He is also the lawyer of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia. He is the founder and head of Mahbub & Company, a Dhaka-based law firm.
