Khairul Kabir Khokon (born 31 December 1959) is a Bangladesh politician, former General Secretary (GS) of Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) and a former member of parliament represented Narsingdi-1 constituency. Currently he serves as the Joint Secretary General of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). Currently, he is serving as the president of Narsingdi district branch of BNP.

Khokon was born in Narshingdi district. He passed SSC from Shibpur Government Pilot Model High School and HSC from Shibpur Government Shaheed Asad College. He completed his graduation from University of Dhaka. His wife Shireen Sultana is the Self-Reliance Affairs Secretary of the BNP Central Committee and was a BNP nominated Member of Parliament from the Reserved Women Seat 18 of the Sixth National Parliament.

Khokon has been associated with BNP politics since his student days. He was the student leader of Dhaka University during the anti-dictatorship Ershad movement. He was elected General Secretary (GS) of Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) as a Chhatra Dal candidate for the 1990-91 session. He had played a significant role in forming 'Sarbadalia Chhatra Oikko' or 'All-party Student Unity' to gear up a movement against autocratic rule of former president HM Ershad.

Khokon was elected to Parliament in 2005 in a by-election from Narsingdi-1 as a candidate of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. The seat fell vacant following the death of incumbent Member of Parliament Shamsuddin Ahmed Ishaq. He defeated independent candidate Shahadat Hossain Munna. The election was boycotted by the main opposition party, Awami League. The voting saw a low turnout and voting centers were forcefully taken over by BNP activists who chased away the polling agents of other candidates. His supporters attacked and burned the houses of his political opponents after his victory. He was nominated by Bangladesh Nationalist Party to contest the 2014 Bangladesh National Parliament election.
