Cylinder explosion burns three in Gulshan

Explosion of gas cylinder at a house on road 73 of Gulshan 2 burnt three domestic helps. Condition of two of the injured are stated to be critical and they are admitted to the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital. The injured are Sharifa Begum, 18, Bedana, 20, and Parvin,35. Dhaka Medical College Hospital police outpost in-charge Bachchu Mia said the three were taken to the hospital at around 8:00am and condition of Sharifa and Bedana were stated to be critical. He said the guard of the house took the three to the hospital. The guard told that the cylinders exploded at the kitchen of the duplex home at around 7:00am when they were working there.
