5 members of extremist group held with ammo, explosives in Chittagong

Rapid Action Battalion personnel detained five Muslim militants along with huge amount of explosives, ammunitions and militant training tools from Lotmoni, a hilly remote area of Bashkali upazila in Chittagong in an overnight drive early Sunday.Rab-7 chief Lieutenant Colonel, Miftah Uddin Ahmed, said acting on a tip off, they raided the area and recovered the ammunition, explosives and training tools from a hillock there thought to be militants’ training camp.Interrogation will accrue more information about the militant camp from them, he added.
