BNP announces more 72-hour hartal.

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party-led alliance once again announced a 72-hour spell of nationwide general strike from 6:00am Sunday to 6:00am Wednesday. BNP joint secretary general Salahuddin Ahmed made the announcement in a statement issued on Friday afternoon. Besides, the alliance would go out on demonstrations at municipality, upazila, and district headquarters on Sunday and bring out processions at each ward of Dhaka city. Salahuddin Ahmed on behalf of party chairperson Khaleda Zia called on countrymen to make the programmes successful.
