Four suspected extremists held in city
On a tip-off, a team of the battalion conducted a raid on a house beside AK High School in the area and arrested the four around 4:00am, said sources at the RAB headquarters.
The arrestees, including engineer Ashfaq-e-Azam Apel, are members of Neo Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh's Sarwar-Tamim group, according to the sources.
The battalion personnel also recovered firearms, bullets, and huge explosives from their possessions.
