Nazmul Huda sues SK Sinha
Former minister and Bangladesh National Alliance president Nazmul Huda lodged a case with Shahbagh police station against former chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha accusing him of misusing power and indulging in corruption.
‘Barrister Nazmul Huda lodged the corruption case on September 27,’ said Shahbagh police station officer-in-charge Abul Hasan, denying to disclose any further information about the case statement.
He said that they had sent the case documents to the Anti-Corruption Commission as the allegations are connected to corruption.
Huda’s Bangladesh National Alliance has expressed its will for election alliance with AL-led alliance.
Masudur Rahman, deputy commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (Media), on Monday, said the case was filed accusing Sinha of misusing power and indulging in corruption.
