Seven, including six of a family,die in Laskhmipur

Seven persons, including six members of a family, were killed when a truck collided head on with a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at West Mandaree area in Laskhmipur on early Wednesday.
The deceased were Shah Alam, his son Amit Hossain, Samsunnahar and her two daughters Nasima Aktar, Rokeya Begum, her son-in-law Rubel Hosaain and auto-rickshaw driver Noor Hossain. 
The accident took place at around 3:30am when a goods-laden truck hit the Chandraganj-bound CNG-run auto-rickshaw, leaving its passengers and driver dead on the spot, said Shahjahan, inspector of Chandraganj Highway Police.
On information, police recovered the bodies and sent those to local hospital morgue.
