Gazipur warehouse catches fire

A fire broke out at a warehouse in Dheerasram area of Gazipur on Friday.

Mamunur Rashid, deputy assistant director of Gazipur Fire Service and Civil Defence, said that the fire broke on the top floor of the MyOne Electronics’ six-storey warehouse of Minister Refrigerator around 7:15am.

Firefighting units from Tongi, Joydebpur and Uttara are trying to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire could not be known yet.
