Two RAB members shot at in Rohingya camp

Two members of Rapid Action Battalion sustained bullets injuries at Mohoni Rohingya refugees camp in Teknaf of Cox’s Bazar on Monday evening.

The battalion alleged that criminals belonging to Rohingya community opened fire on them.

The injured are identified as Imran and Corporal Sahabuddin of RAB 15 at Hwaikyang in Teknaf.

Assistant police superintendent  Shah Alam of RAB 15 conformed the information.

According to the RAB, a team of RAB raided Mochoni  Rohingya refugees camp to seize drugs and arms o secret information on Monday evening.

At that time, Rohingya criminals opened fire on the RAB members and injured the duo.

Later, they were admitted to Combined Military Hospital in Chattogram.
