First COVID-19 death reported in Bangladesh

Bangladesh reported its first COVID-19 death on Wednesday.

Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research director Meerjady Sabrina Flora disclosed the information at a press conference at the institute.

She said that the patient was in critical condition and was in ICU.

besides, four more new COVID-19 patient was detected in Bangladesh, she added.

With these, a total of 14 cases of COVID-19 cases have been reported across Bangladesh.
