Fresh case filed against Nur

A member of the central committee of Awami Juba League filed a case against former Dhaka University Central Students’ Union vice-president Nurul Haq Nur for tarnishing the image of ruling Awami League on Sunday.

Ashraful Islam Shojib filed the case again Nur with Shahbagh police station, according to the case statement.

Ashraful said that on April 16 he came across a video posted by Nur on his social media platform Facebook on April 14 where Nur claimed that members of Awami League were not true Muslims rather they were involved in illegal activities.

After seeing the video, Ashraful filed the case with the police.
