A clear roadmap need to deal pandemic: TritiyoMatra

A clear roadmap urged to draw by the guest of TritiyoMatra for ensure vaccine where there will be short-term, medium-term and long-term plans.  

The navigator agreed our health sector has inefficient doctors, nurses and technologies which is also one of the main problems besides corruption.  To minimize this problem, health sector needs to increase the capacity of hospitals.

At the same time, they have expressed doubt inefficient of health sector to deal third wave of covid 19.  They also suggested to take strong preparation in advance for third wave.  

They indicated most of the budgets discussions in Parliament are not about the budget after announcing it and there’s no role of MPs in the formulation of budget. Both talked about the need for transparency and accountability in our system.

Md. Harunur Rashid, BNP Joint-Secretary and General said, the way budget is being done, it does not have the skills and efficiency to implement it. He also said to reduce the cost of mega projects in this budget.

He said to emphasis spending in social security who lost their job due to pandemic. He urged to reconsider increase spending for more attention on health sector and education sector.

On the other hand, Asim Kumar Ukil MP, Cultural Affairs Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League said, ‘’ There is a problem, there is a crisis but the per capita income has been increasing. Bangladesh has the highest GDP in South Asia compared to many other countries in the world.”
