Gas supply to remain off in some Dhaka areas for 11 hours on Wednesday

Gas supply will remain suspended in parts of Dhaka for 11 hours -- from 1:00pm on Wednesday to 12 midnight on Thursday -- for emergency repair works.

According to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited, the areas where there will be no gas supply due to emergency works in pipeline include Tejgaon, Mohakhali, Gulshan, Banani, Natunbazar, Badda, and Khilbaritek.

The adjoining areas will experience low pressure in gas supply, said the Titas Gas regretting for the temporary inconvenience of the consumers during the period.
