Alumni assoc of BSMMU’s endocrinology dept formed

Former students of endocrinology department of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University formed an alumni association with Dr AKM Aminul Islam as its president and Dr Sharmin Jahan as general secretary.
Dr ABM Kamrul Hasan was also elected organising secretary of the newly formed alumni association.
The installation ceremony of the new executives of the alumni was held at Shaheed Milon Auditorium of the medical university on Sunday.
Chairman of endocrinology department Professor MA Hasanat presided over the function while state minister for health Zahid Maleque and secretary general of Bangladesh Medical Association Professor Iqbal Arslan joined the function as chief guest and special guest respectively.
The alumni association of the endocrinology department is the first organisation of former students at the BSMMU.
