BNP demands judicial probe into NCC polls results
Bangladesh Nationalist Party on Friday demanded judicial investigation into the alleged ‘vote rigging’ in Narayanganj City Corporation polls, held first time with party symbols, on Thursday. BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi at a news briefing at the party’s central office raised the demand. He proposed for launching investigation into ‘ballot stamping’ ‘counting’ and publishing of ‘results’ of the NCC polls.

Voting in NCC polls begins
Voting in the Narayanganj City Corporation polls began on Thursday morning. The balloting began at 8:00am and will continue till 4:00pm without any break.
