Dr. Tuhin Malik(born 14 November) is a Bangladeshi lawyer. He is a British Chevening Scholar. He obtained his LLB (Hons.) and LLM from University of Dhaka. Dr. Malik also earned LLM from University of Essex, UK on InternationalHuman Rights Law. He got Ph.D degree from California, USA on InternationalHuman Rights Law.
Dr. Malik was the Coordinator of Human Rights Training Programme for Lawyers in Bangladesh Bar Council and Royal Netherlands Government. He was also a Coordinator of Regugee Law Training Programme for Lawyers, members of Arms Forces, BDR, Police, NGO Activist, Bangladesh Bar Council and UNHCR. Dr. Malik was a Coordinator of Bar Vocational Course (BVC), Bangladesh Bar Council.
Dr. Malik has worked in various branches. He was the principal of Tejgaon Law College for a long time. As a businessman, he has served as a director of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has also written several books on law in Bangladesh. His work in politics or as an organizer began with the formation of the Greater Dhaka Youth Forum.
He is currently living in exile in the UK.
