Redline given task maintaining rules, says Menon
The minister for civil aviation and tourism, Rashed Khan Menon, on Tuesday said the responsibly to modernise the security system of HazratShahjalal International Airport was given to British company following proper rules and regulations.
The government on Monday inked a deal with British company Redline for screening at HazratShahjalal International Airport bid to standardise its security aspects.
After inaugurating three new airplanes of Novoair at HazratShahjalal International Airport this morning the minister made the remarks.
Menon also suggested improving the securities of all other airlines.
Redline will provide advice to the staffs of the Dhaka airport and will build them as skilled manpower for the job of screening and improving its standard.
