HC to decide minister Maya’s fate, says Kamal

Jurist Kamal Hossain on Friday said the High Court would decide whether disaster management and relief minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya would continue as minister or not. ‘No one is above the law…The Maya issue is under trial, it is now the High Court’s jurisdiction whether he will remain as minister or not,’ he said.
